SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping / Delivery
Once you have placed your order, your package will be shipped within 1-3 working days, please note, custom orders may take slightly longer due to the time we need to make your piece, and send to you for approval.
All orders are shipped via An Post (standard post) from our studio in Dublin, Ireland, and you should receive your package within 3-5 working days (for addresses within the Republic of Ireland).
We craft to order, and work to keep our turnaround times as short as possible, but if something is needed by a specific date during busy times please get in touch when ordering.
Return Policy
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, which we hope is very unlikely, please return it to us unopened within 14 days and we will issue you with a refund.
